VPN client INCY removed from Russian App Store

Text size

The INCY application is no longer available for download from the Russian segment of the App Store, although it remains accessible in store catalogs of other countries. According to the development team, service mechanisms are being adapted, and users are advised to temporarily change their Apple account region.

Solutions and application features

Currently, the project creators are preparing several alternative options to restore access, with one version already undergoing moderation. INCY is a free tool based on Xray-core for connecting to external servers; it does not provide its own network service and requires users to manually add configurations or subscriptions.

Previous restrictions on similar services

Earlier, on March 28, a number of similar clients disappeared from Apple's Russian app store, including v2RayTun, Streisand, V2Box, and Happ — Proxy Utility. Notifications received by the creators indicate that the restriction on these utilities was executed at the request of Roskomnadzor.

With HiroVPN, users remain reliably protected from such restrictions and always maintain stable access to the network.
